How the warm-up planner works
This pickleball warm up exercises planner matches a short routine to your available minutes, player level and group size. It gives you movement, rally and court-transition blocks to follow before a session.
The planner chooses duration-matched exercises from tagged blocks and allocates your available time evenly across mobility, footwork, cooperative rallying and short-court play. With one player, rally and transition work become shadow movement; with more players, the routine is written for cooperative pairing.
block minutes = available minutes ÷ 4 This is a general planning tool, not coaching or medical advice. Adjust or stop any movement that does not feel appropriate for you, and ask a qualified coach for individual guidance.
Pickleball warm-up planner FAQ
How is my available time divided?
The planner divides it evenly across four blocks: mobility, footwork, cooperative rallying and short-court play.
What if I am warming up alone?
The planner replaces cooperative rallying and court-transition partner work with shadow movement.
Does player level change the routine?
Yes. Beginner, intermediate and advanced selections use different deterministic exercise descriptions while keeping the four-part structure.
How many players can use it?
Enter any positive whole number. One player gets a shadow-movement note; groups get a cooperative-pairing note.
Are my values saved?
No. The routine is calculated in your browser and this component does not send your inputs over a network.
