How the practice plan works

This pickleball drills for beginners planner turns your player count, available time and focus area into an immediately usable practice sequence.

It divides the session into warm-up, skill and game blocks. The skill drill changes with your focus, while repetitions and rotation instructions adapt deterministically to the player count and available practice time.

Skill minutes = total minutes − warm-up minutes − game minutes

This is a planning aid, not coaching or safety advice. Use a suitable court and equipment, and stop if an activity causes pain.
